Our DovesNet app works in conjunction with DovesNet web. DovesNet web serves as an operating system in the funeral industry and was predominantly designed to be used at the branch level.

DovesNet web extends to cloud accounting such as XERO with fully integrated digital processes and incorporates modules, such as:
• Sales and Invoicing
• Stock Management
• Procurement
• Fixed Asset Management

The DovesNet app was developed to support management to manage their approvals rooting from these modules with ease. DovesNet app offers the approval of:
• Stock Purchase Orders
• Asset Purchase Orders
• Consumables Purchase Orders
• Infrastructure expenses
• Operational Expenses
• Funeral disbursement expenses

DovesNet app is multi-role-based. Roles and permissions are assigned according to a business specified delegation of authority levels, which gives the business full control to manage expense and spend exposure to support budget control.

To be able to use this DovesNet mobile application you need to be set up as a user on the DovesNet web platform and the approval workflow needs to be assigned to your profile.
